At WizaStudio, We are dedicated to provide you with top-notch graphics and animations to elevate your brand. In this context, we'll refer to these custom-designed digital elements as ''graphics''.

Our Satisfaction Gurantee:
We have implemented a well-defined revision system that allows you to make adjustments to your design as needed. With each order, you'll receive complimentary rounds of revisions. These revisions are designed for making modifications to the graphics we create for you. Please note that they do not cover substantial changes like introducing new design elements or altering the core concept. If you require complex revisions beyond the package that you ordered, we can provide the revisions at a minimal fee of $10 per revision. If the change requests are not too complex, we will do the revisions free of cost.

Eligible Situations for Refunds:
We offer refunds in the event of an accidental purchase, provided that you notify us within the initial 12 hours after your purchase. To cancel your order, kindly send us written instructions through Fiverr. In your Fiverr message, please use the subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION." We will initiate a refund to your Fiverr account, from where you can withdraw the funds to your original payment source. Please note that we are unable to cancel your order without proof of purchase or if we suspect any use of the services.

We Don't Guarantee Refunds In The Following Situations:
1- You decide not to keep the graphics after placing the order.
2- You changed your mind about the graphics.
3- You do not have the essential skills to utilize the graphics.
4- Your expectations were not met by the graphics.

We regretfully inform you that we are unable to issue refunds for buyer regrets or for assuming anything that was not explicitly stated in the package description. Buyer's remorse describes the range of emotions that arise from a purchase, such as regret or anger. If you just don't like the custom graphics we produced, we will not issue a refund. However, we are willing to correct inaccuracies in the package description.

Although we strive to describe our products accurately, we acknowledge human errors. If you find any mistakes, please send us a message through fiverr, and we'll be happy to fix them.
 

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about using the graphics you've ordered. However, it's essential to consider that our team dedicates time and effort to creating these custom graphics specifically for you. Once the order process begins, resources are allocated, and work begins on your project. Due to the personalized nature of our services and the effort we invest in crafting your graphics, we can't provide refunds in the situations that mentioned above.
